Site Administrator
Location: South Mimms, Hertfordshire

BBS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administrator based in South Mimms. The successful candidate should be a proactive and hardworking individual with prior experience within the role.

The Site Administrator is responsible for the control Implementation of documentation and administrative processes in accordance with the Project Specific and Company Procedures.

Dealing with incoming/outgoing post and couriers services Assisting in the preparation of documents for presentation.

Assist with Subcontract documentation i.e.: Typing, filing, scanning and copying of contracts. typing bids and quotations. 

Maintain a filing system, including scanning reports, correspondence, contracts, 

Reception of external visitors.


Computer skills including the ability to operate Microsoft Office Capacity to work effectively within a team environment Organisational skills (prioritising tasks, respecting deadlines, methodical work) Flexibility with changes to tasks and duties Multi-tasking Ability to cope under pressure Problem solving and decision making Fluent written and spoken English Desirable Previous experience in a site office environment Experience & Knowledge Computer skills including the ability to operate Microsoft Office
